Dear Montérégie Members,
As past retirement information sessions have been very popular, the Montérégie Branch Executive has decided to host another session again this year. This optional session is being given at no cost to members, but those wishing to attend must pay for their travel expenses. The Branch will cover the costs of the session.
This presentation is aimed at federal public service employees who will be retiring in the next 10 years and who are members of the Montérégie Branch. It will be facilitated by a PIPSC retirement planning expert who has expertise in federal public service pension matters.
Members interested in attending this session, which will be held on October 15, 2019, must apply online no later than September 30 by filling out the online form.
As seating is limited and we encourage a good mix of employers, we would like to emphasize that the selection could be based on the candidates' employer and the years of service they will need to work before retirement. If you RSVP, you will be sent an email asking you to confirm your participation. Please let us know if you cannot attend so that another member can take your spot.
