2018 Branch Activities
Joint Social Event, March 06, 2018
Hamilton-NRCan Branch and CFIA-S&A Hamilton Sub-Group held a joint social event on March 06, 2018. The purpose of this event is to bring PIPSC’s members together and talk about matters of concern. About 20 members attended the event. We plan to hold more joint activities like this. On page 2, there is a photo taken during the event.
Canada 150 BBQ, June 28th, 2018
To celebrate Canada’s 151st Anniversary, PIPSC Hamilton-NRCan Branch held a joint BBQ in the workplace with the local Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) on Thursday June 28, 2018, 12:00 – 13:00. All students, visitors and employees were invited to enjoy the BBQ to celebrate Canada’s 151st Birthday. About 100 people attended the BBQ, which included about 40 PIPSC members. Two pictures taken during the event are shown below and on page 3.

Christmas Holiday Party, December 20, 2018
Hamilton-NRCan Branch and Canmet Materials Social Committee co-organized the Christmas Holiday Party on December 20 2018. About 60 people attended the party, which included about 30 PIPSC members. Two pictures taken during the event are shown below and on page 4.
