Kim Laird: Overpayment issue involving backpay from last Collective Agreement in 2016/17. They didn’t fix the backpay. Just keep going back to them to get line by line breakdown.

Payment in Arears: retiree had to pay back one week. Only impact employees from 2014 and before.

Info session for members on ServicePlus was successful, with over 100 participants

2^nd Floor renovations, delayed, waiting for contract for carpets. End of summer.

Dennis Wintjes: any change to plans due to building occupancy requirements? Need additional fire corridors because of the lack of sprinkler system in building. We don’t have enough washroom stalls based on building code.  They didn’t bring the plan to PSPC. Has Facilities done this yet? If increasing occupancy, we are not compliant with parking space By-Law. BGIS said at OHS the building can only handle 800 occupants.
