Welcoming Remarks. President welcomed all to the meeting, noted the absence of 4 members, and thanked everyone for their continued participation on the Executive Committee (EC). He indicated that the mandate of the EC is to identify Branch related activities and interests and not to be the go to place for detailed answers for all things Union. This year is an EC election year that will be discussed as part of the AGM 2020 planning. He asked that EC members compile any process related information they have should they need to use it as a handover incoming EC. The EC meeting’s notice and agenda and minutes is circulated to Presidents of AFS and CS Subgroups. Agenda will include a financial update; 2020 Branch priorities; an AGM 2019 discussion; planning for AGM 2020 and a Roundtable.
