1. Approval of Agenda – Moved Deb Butler, Seconded Bevin Stephenson . Carried
2. Approval of 2018 AGM Minutes – Moved Deb Butler, Seconded Jamie Buell. Carried
3. President’s Report
- The President welcomed everyone, introduced the Executive, and thanked them for their help in planning this AGM.
- It’s been a hard twenty months because of Covid and that we have to prove that we are fully vaccinated by Oct. 29, 2021. Maybe policy and group grievances will come out of this.
- EWSP is dead. No new sick leave is in the near future.
4. Financial Report
- The Treasurer motioned to receive the 2020 financial reports and the 2020 proposed budget. Seconded – Jamie Buell. Carried.
- The Treasurer motioned to receive the 2021 budget. Seconded Lisa Shears. Carried.
- The Treasurer motioned to receive the 2022 budget. Seconded Doug Austin. Carried.
5. Elections
- As there was no Branch AGM in 2020 two elections were held. The first election was for 1-year terms. All positions were acclaimed.
