- Meeting called to order at 1739 by Gary Desbiens (President).
1. Reviewed finances. Treasurer to see if we can get half of our allotment now.
2. PIPSC Membership Event

- Thursday February 29, 2024
- Location: Raxx; estimate 30 people, cap number at 50 people.
- Question asked by some members: spouses will not be included.
- Decision on buffet: 1 large veggie & cheese platter; 2 sampler platters; 2 large wing platters
- How many bowling lanes: 2 (see how much it costs to determine if 2 or 3 hours)
- How many pool tables: 2 (see how much it costs to determine if 2 or 3 hours)
- Items to be given to members before they leave: 2 people will be assigned
3. 2024 Ontario Regional Council
- Kingston Branch has 4 seats this year
- Date: April 12th (starts at 1:00) and 13th (starts at 9 am-5 pm), 2024
- Location: Trillium House at Blue Mountain, about 4 hours from here, you have to drive there and it's about 3 1/2 hours (carpool could be an option)
- If interested let Gary know by Thursday. Leasha, Cindy, Troy is interested, Jennifer is interested, Dan is interested, Gary is interested
- Book 641 leave
- AGM date: Wednesday May 15, 2024.
- Potential locations: Rivermill, Renaissance, Fort Henry, Frontenac Club
- Leasha to call and get prices for Renaissance and Frontenac Club.
- Cindy to look into Rivermill and Fort Henry.
- Pricing for 40 people.
