RE Group Annual General Meeting
Notice and Call for Delegates
The RE Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on Saturday, June 26, 2021 from 1:00PM to 4:00 PM (Ottawa time).
In accordance with the RE constitution, interested members are invited to apply to become voting delegates for the 2021 RE AGM. Both current and incoming RE Group Executive members are automatically assigned delegation spots, but they need to fill in the Delegate application form.
Application DEADLINE: If you are interested in becoming a delegate to the RE Group AGM, please complete the following online RE Delegate AGM Registration Form before Friday June 11, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. (Ottawa time).
The Delegate Selection Committee will make the final determination while respecting the geographical proportion of the membership. Members of the Group not selected as delegates are encouraged to attend and speak at the AGM as Observers, however only delegates are eligible to vote as well as to move and second motions.

This year due to special circumstances this year, proposals for amendments to the Group by-laws will not be discussed at the meeting. However your proposals for amendment and motions will be evaluated by the executive and will be brought forward during the next Group AGM in 2022. Please forward any proposed by-law amendments to mammais@pipsc.ca and mmacleod@pipsc.ca before 1:00 p.m. (Ottawa time) June 24, 2021.
