2019 AFS AGM - ICR Report

Informal Conflict Resolution (ICR) Report  to the 2019 AFS Annual General Meeting

I was pleased to continue to serve as the AFS Chair of the Informal Conflict Resolution Committee

The goal of Informal Conflict Resolution (ICR) is to Achieve a Healthy and Respectful Workplace and Resolve Issues at the lowest possible level.

Unfortunately, as of March 3, 2019 the employer has not provided the union with the Annual Statistics.

In addition, the Employer has indicated they would like to combine this committee with the Employment Assistance Program.  We are currently consulting with the Employer on the next steps on how this combination will work.
