SP 2019 AGM - Workplan
Workplan – Report to the 2019 SP AGM
Introduction
Purpose
The purpose of the Workplan is to help guide and prioritize the work of the SP Group National Executive while transparently providing objectives and deliverables of the work being done on behalf of all members. This document does not supersede any By-Laws or Polices of the Institute or SP Group but rather should be used as a strategic guide.
Workplan Layout
The Workplan provides strategic guidance concerning the dynamic, static and continuing work efforts of the SP Group National Executive. Hence, this Workplan is divided in three sections:
- Section 1: National Executive Portfolios – this section provides additional details for each of the portfolios of the National Executive to further clarify, where applicable, the duties, responsibilities and, where appropriate, deliverables of said portfolios;
- Section 2: Committees, Teams and Projects – this section provides mandates for each committee, special committee and project to further clarify, where applicable, the duties, responsibilities and, where appropriate, deliverables of said committees and projects; and,
- Section 3: SP Bargaining Team – this section provides additional details with regards to the bargaining process to successfully negotiate an acceptable SP Group Collective Agreement.
