Jidong called the meeting to order at 5:19 pm.

A complete list of non-work email addresses of all members has been created. Xin to update with PIPSC HQ.
#5 New business
- Update on information consultation committee at CMAT
A PIPSC informal consultation committee is formed, separated from the PIPSC & PISAC joint committee. No meeting with DG has been scheduled yet. - Preparation for Christmas Lunch & Learn event
