Every attending member receives a gift card. Door prizes will be drawn at the end of the evening. Members must be present to receive the gift card and prizes.
Registration Information
Please obtain your admission ticket through Eventbrite.com by 10:00 PM on April 8, 2026.
• One ticket per AFS member
• Each member must secure their own ticket
If you cannot obtain a ticket online, please email: afsedmonton@pipsc.ca.
Late registrations may be accepted depending on venue capacity.
Elections
Elections will be held for the Vice President (2‑year term).
• Advance nominations encouraged by email to afsedmonton@pipsc.ca
• Nominations will also be accepted from the floor at the AGM

As we are financially committed based on the number of members registered, it is important that you cancel your reservation at least one week prior to the AGM if you are unable to attend.
No-shows result in unnecessary expenses paid through union dues. Members who neither attend nor notify us of inability to attend may have their eligibility to participate in future events affected.
