BY-LAW 4 RIGHTS OF MEMBERS 

4.1 Only Regular members shall be eligible to hold office, nominate members for positions on the Sub-Group Executive, propose amendments to the Constitution and By-Laws of the Sub-Group, and vote in Sub-Group affairs. 

4.1.1 A regular member who retires during their term of office may complete their term of office and retain all the same rights as regular members, provided they have no more than 12 months remaining on the Executive.
