The purpose of this meeting is to hold the WPEG Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Pizza will be provided; if you have any dietary restrictions, please let Curtis Faucher know.
This year is an election year so please send your nominations to one of the current executives (Curtis Faucher, Adam Van Aert, Saju Sam, Charles Kitson, Jesse Gordon, Jason Martino). Nominations are also accepted from the floor at the AGM. Please feel free to reach out to the current executive if you have any questions or would like more information on union participation in general.
The standard AGM agenda is below. If you wish to add an agenda item(s), please let Curtis Faucher know prior to December 9.
- Approval of the agenda
- Adoption of the Minutes of the previous AGM and of any intervening Special General Meetings
- Business arising from the Minutes
- Reports from the Group Executive
- Election of the Group Executive
- Any other business
