Save the Date and please join your local SH Halifax sub-group for an evening of relaxation and self-care at Nature Folk located on the Dartmouth Boardwalk, 90 Alderney Drive, Dartmouth on Friday 9 May 2025.
Nature Folk is a modern bathhouse, sauna and body work facility. Their space is designed with a nod to ancient bathing facilities and traditional Nordic spas. They offer a thermal circuit and infrared rooms.

At its very core, Nature Folk embodies an age-old principle of sauna culture, an inclusive space to welcome people to gather in a healing ritual, innate to the human experience. This space is consciously minimal, bathed in pacifying low light & drawing attention inward. This allows the five senses to relax into presence & awareness. It is here that the spa goer can truly connect with the ancient meaning of “healing through water”.

SPACE IS LIMITED.
We currently can support 14 members with consideration up to 20 members should there be enough interest. We will take names on a first come, first serve basis. The session is 2 hours in length.
COST IS ONLY $10 PER MEMBER.
