Hello members,
Your bargaining team, alongside the WPEG team, engaged in negotiations with the Company from December 17th to 19th, addressing both non-monetary and monetary proposals. During these sessions, we reached agreements on several key items and continued discussions on outstanding proposals. Notably, we have also put forward a draft proposal to revise Level Descriptors as part of these negotiations.
As the negotiations proceed, your team is committed to post updates after each bargaining session. Based on this week, your bargaining team is optimistic about future negotiations and the progress we can achieve. Our team is focused on securing improvements for our members and will be returning to the bargaining table with the Company from February 26th to 28th.
