Hello WTEG members,
Your bargaining team, along with the WPEG team, prepared, presented and responded to non-monetary and monetary packages on Nov 18-22. WTEG and the company have come to an agreement on a few non-monetary and monetary topics. We continued to negotiate with the company on other proposals and have delivered all monetary packages and economic salary adjustment.
As the negotiations proceed, your team is committed to post updates after each bargaining session. Based on this week, your bargaining team is hopeful for the future negotiation sessions, as things are proceeding quickly. Your negotiation team will continue developing better agreements for our fellow workers as we are back at the table with the company on Dec 16-19.
