Hello WPEG members,
Your bargaining and WTEG teams prepared, presented, and responded to non-monetary proposals on Oct 21-24. WPEG and the company have agreed on several non-monetary topics. We continued negotiating with the company on other proposals and are preparing the main monetary proposals relating to term and economic salary adjustment to the company later this fall.
Your negotiation team will continue developing better agreements for our fellow workers when we return to the bargaining table from November 18th to 22nd.
The WPEG AGM is scheduled for November 14th, and we hope to see everyone there. You will receive an email invitation with further details. At the AGM, we will be holding elections for our executive vacancies. If you are interested, we will call for nominations at the beginning of the meeting.
