The Retired Members Guild (RMG) is holding its 2024 Annual General Meeting. All members of the Guild are cordially invited.
When: November 20, 2024, from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM ET. Registration opens at 11:15 AM.
Where: Mandarin Restaurant, 290 West Hunt Club Road, Nepean ON K2E 0B7

The deadline to RSVP for this event is November 15. If you have already registered for the AGM via your PIPSC AGM registration, please do not register twice.

- Approval of the Agenda
- Adoption of the Minutes of the 2023 Annual General Meeting
- Business Arising from the Minutes
- Report of the President
- Report of the Elections Committee
- Annual Financial Report
- Approval of the 2025 Budget

After the meeting, you will have the opportunity to chat with the members of the Guild Executive.
NCR CHAPTER ELECTIONS
Elections to the Retired Members Guild NCR Chapter Executive will take place at the AGM. Six (6) positions need to be filled. The positions of Vice-President and Secretary (each for a two-year term) and four member-at-large positions (two for a two-year term and two for a one-year term). Please consider running and having the opportunity to serve on the NCR Guild Chapter Executive to better help retirees.
If you are interested in putting your name forward, please fill out the attached nomination form and return it to Pawan Kashyap at the PIPSC National Office, 250 Tremblay Road, Ottawa, Ontario, K1G 3J8 by 12:00 noon (Ottawa time) Wednesday, November 13, 2024. Nomination forms may also be accepted from the floor at the AGM.
The aims and objectives of the Guild and its Chapters are to further the interests of the retired members, to formulate and express the views of the retired members on matters affecting them, and to ensure that the interests of the Guild members are represented in all proceedings of their former employer and of the Institute that may affect them.
