CALL FOR NOMINATIONS FOR POSITIONS ON THE KITCHENER AFS SUBGROUP EXECUTIVE

The term of the current Kitchener AFS Subgroup Executive will expire at the next Annual General Meeting scheduled for Wednesday May 8, 2024.

Thus, nominations are invited for the following positions:

President

Vice-President

Secretary

Treasurer

Member at Large (maximum 7)

The term of office for these positions is for two years effective May 8, 2024.  The duties of the Kitchener AFS Subgroup Executive are described in the constitution of the Subgroup (copies are available from the Institute’s National Office).

All members in good standing of the Kitchener AFS Subgroup are eligible to be candidates except for exclusions and members of the Elections Committee.

The deadline for receipt of nomination forms is 4:00 pm. Friday April 19, 2024. Once the Elections Committee has reviewed the nominations, a list will be provided to the membership of candidates running for office. 

Nomination forms are to be emailed to GKBranch@pipsc.ca.

Candidates are invited to submit a brief resume of their experience and objectives (maximum 150 words) with their nominations.
