Annual General Meeting Thursday, April 25, 2024
Place: Sandman Inn
29 Hopewell Way NE, Calgary, Alberta
Time: Sign-in between 5:00 and 5:30 pm only.
Dinner and guest speakers will start around 6:45 pm.
Menu: One complimentary drink ticket and a buffet dinner will be provided to each PIPSC AFS member who registers (tickets and seats are limited).
RSVP: If you are a Regular PIPSC member in good standing, you are invited to RSVP via your personal email to pipscafssouthab@gmail.com BEFORE April 2, 2024 (tickets and seats are limited).
Only PIPSC AFS members who are in good standing and reside in the Calgary & Southern Alberta geographical area, including Red Deer, are eligible to personally attend this AGM. Members who register may vote for the positions listed below. Registration is required only for each member who wishes to receive one complimentary drink ticket and a buffet dinner (tickets and seats are limited). Confirmation of your registration will be emailed to you in due course.

Elections will be held for the following positions:
- President (1-year term)
- Vice President (2-year term)
- Treasurer (2-year term)
- 3 Member at Large (2-year term)
- 1 Members at Large (1-year term)
Nominations for any of the positions listed above may be made in advance. Please obtain and submit your nomination form by emailing pipscafssouthab@gmail.com. The Election Chair is Manish Arora and the Election Co-Chair is Amira Eltakawi. Completed nomination forms must be received electronically BEFORE 4:00 pm April 15th. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor during the voting period of the AGM.
