Your Bargaining Team is pleased to announce that a tentative agreement was reached with the employer on October 14, 2022. The parties met between September (19-23) and October (11-14) and concluded a renewal Collective Agreement on behalf of the PIPSC bargaining unit at the Canadian Tourism Commission, renewing the terms and conditions of employment for all included employees. Details of the tentative agreement will be communicated to members shortly. An information session is scheduled for December 1 and an electronic ratification vote will take place immediately after. You will be receiving instruction on the vote on December 1. Your Bargaining Team is recommending acceptance of the tentative agreement.
