What: Lunch and Learn
Learn about your union: Bryan Van Wilgenburg, president of the Applied Science and Patent Examination Group will answer your questions about bargaining.
Lunch will be provided
Lunch and information open to all PIPSC members working at the Freshwater Institute.
What: 501 University Crescent SP Subgroup Annual General Meeting to occur at same time (The meeting will include general union updates and business, election of executive members, and a collective bargaining update relevant to members of the Applied Science and Patent Examination Group SP). Voting limited to members in SP Group classifications.
Elections will be held for all positions, as follows:
· President – 2 year term
· Vice President – 1 year term
· Treasurer – 1 year term
· Secretary – 2 year term
· Members at Large (4)- one year term
Nominations are accepted by email prior to the meeting or on the floor please reach out to an executive member if you would like to run but can’t make meeting
