First SH Kingston Subgroup meeting in person

Call to Order 1732 by Gary

Went to DND Jan 21. Good turn out, approximately 25 members with Gary, Cindy and Heather. Keith from DND-Kingston branch also present

Explained SH group and concerns within the CA, common issues can be addressed with SH exec

Health & Safety in the workplace was a popular topic

Swag has arrived, both items are in and will be ready for next week

March 3 spa member event at St Lawerence College

- Gary to pick up veggies and dessert and water

- Cindy to pick up pita pit

- Aba at St. Lawrence has names of all the people who are attending

AGM Legion reserved for April 22, 2026

- will hand out tickets for alcohol

- will hand out separate non-alcohol tickets

- Guest speaker potential Selena Glover - contact by Cindy - would love to come, will confirm details with Cindy

- Food for AGM? Costco platters

- Troy to call and order and pick it up

- Leasha to info share with Troy re: croissant platter, cheese and crackers - Gary to bring form to Member event next week

- RSVPs to Cindy for AGM

- Waiting on invoice for venue

- Up for election: Vice President, Treasurer, MAL x 2: Cindy, Leasha, Troy and Jen are up for election
