Executive Meeting # 1 – SH Subgroup Charlottetown

Held on June 10, 2024, 6pm at John Brown Grille

Present: Leah Munro, Meghan Macdonald, Stephanie Brown, Jennifer Bulman

Agenda

Budget: Reminder that our Annual Allowance is $2000, resets in January 2025.
Meals: Discussion on how to claim meals through Concord, Stephanie has everything she needs, and will reach out to Leah or Selena with issues.
AGM: Discussed planning an AGM for October, 2024. Plan to have a speaker attend. Discussed possible room rental options in Charlottetown (Delta, Pilot House). Discussed possibly sending an invite out in September to gauge interest.
RAND Members: Leah reminded everyone that RAND members are not eligible to participate.
