• The meeting started with the president J. Kang welcoming and distributing the agenda at17:35.
• Discussion was on the next possible member meeting/event.   The decision was that it would be a Christmas Lunch. Following details were finalized
  • Date: Thursday, December 12, 2019
  • Time: Noon
  • Venue: TBD
  • The date, time and venue will be communicated to RE-subgroup members by Kumar
• Later, the committee discussed the possibility of having a Lunch and Learn event in February 2020. The topic can be on benefits of new collective agreement. Jidong to explore the opportunity.
• The meeting was closed at 19:00 PM
