Support for your RO/RCO bargaining team!
On February 20, 21 and 22 your NRC your RO/RCO negotiating team met with NRC management in Ottawa for the third round of contract negotiations. The parties have exchanged and discussed wage demands. We are proud to announce that we have signed off on the Scientific Integrity package and improvements to leave that we have seen in the core public administration.
More dates are scheduled for March 27, 28 and 29. The remaining items on the table, including the continued discussions on wages are areas that have been met with the most resistance by the NRC. Let’s continue to send the message that it’s time for a fair contract for all our members and a fair contract that creates working conditions so that everyone can continue with advancements to science, innovation and research. Visible signs of support, including the ones depicted below while we are hard at work at the table continue to send the message to the NRC that we are all on board for a contract that benefits everyone.
