We are pleased to announce the Annual General Meeting(AGM) for the PIPSC’s CER Group. The AGM will be held both virtually and in-person at the CER Hearing Room on February 11, 2026, from 12PM to 2:00PM Mountain Daylight Time (MDT).
A pizza lunch will be served (gluten-free pizza and salad will also be served). Please note that food is not allowed in the Hearing Room. We will set up a food table in the hallway for lunch.

The AGM will include an update from the President and Executive (Land Acknowledgement), By-Law Amendments, and an election for the following positions*:

Member-At-Large x 2
* Please note that additional positions could potentially become vacant during the election if incumbents successfully run for other positions.

- To update the Bargaining Certificate to reflect the correct employer name to Canada Energy Regulator(CER) from the National Energy Board (NEB).
Elections
Description of Eligible Executive Positions:
- Vice-President - The Vice-President shall assist the President in the performance of their duties, and in the absence of the President, perform the duties of that position.
- Secretary - The Secretary shall be responsible for sending notices of all meetings of the Group and of the Group Executive. The Secretary shall record minutes of meetings, including attendance, maintain records and correspondence of the Group and of the Group Executive, and shall ensure that a copy of the minutes are filed with the Institute.
- Member-At-Large (x2) - Members-at-Large shall perform such duties as may be assigned by the Executive.
Advanced Call for Nominations
Advance nominations for one of the four (4) eligible executive positions will be accepted prior to the AGM and must be received by PIPSC at mammais@pipsc.ca, no later than January 20, 2026 using the attached form.
