ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)
Portage CS Sub-Group AGM
You are invited to attend the Portage CS Sub-group Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will be held on Thursday November 28th 2019, from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm, at Bistro Épicure (80 Promenade du Portage).
A complementary Luncheon Buffet will be served to the first 60 members who register by November 21st.
The AGM will commence at 11:45 am.
For planning purposes, please R.S.V.P. by e-mail no later than noon November 21st 2019. Only emails received to the generic sub-group address (CSPortage@pipsc.ca) will be accepted as registrations. Please include your work location in your email.
Note: Due to space restrictions preference will be given to people who R.S.V.P. by November 21st, 2019. Registered delegates are asked to arrive and sign in with their PIPSC membership cards by 11:40 to guarantee their seats. Efforts will be made to seat other arrivals on a first-come, first-served basis after 12:00 pm but space cannot be guaranteed. Total registrations will be limited to 60 participants
