You are invited to attend the Portage CS Sub-group Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will be held on Wednesday, December 6th, 2017, from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm in the Pontiac Room at Phase IV.
A complementary Luncheon Buffet will be served to the first 100 members who register by November 30th.
The AGM will commence at 11:45 am.
For planning purposes, please R.S.V.P. by e-mail no later than noon November 30th 2017. Only emails received to the generic sub-group (CSPortage@pipsc.ca) will be accepted as registrations.
Note: Due to space restrictions preference will be given to people who R.S.V.P. by November 30th, 2017. Registered delegates are asked to arrive and sign in with their PIPSC membership cards by 11:40 to guarantee their seats. Efforts will be made to seat other arrivals on a first come, first served basis after 12:00 pm but space cannot be guaranteed. Total registrations will be limited to 100 participants
