Dear ITOWSG members,

The Treasury Board Secretariat Canada announced its Return to Office (RTO) mandate earlier in May. This survey seeks to understand members' sentiments, concerns, and directions received from management regarding the transition to hybrid work. Through a series of targeted questions, the survey aims to gather valuable insights from members to analyze and guide decision-making and strategic next steps. This will also aid in setting up Lunch & Learn sessions to share and brainstorm together.

Thirty lucky members who complete the survey by June 30, 2024, will have the opportunity to win a $10 e-gift card as a “thank you” for their participation.
