NOTICE OF MEETING
We invite you to the annual meeting of the AFS Trois-Rivières sub-group to be held on
Thursday, November 30 at 5 p.m. at the Cambodiana restaurant on Jean XXIII Blvd.
Please confirm your attendance by November 23 to Andréanne Roux
(Roux.andreanne@gmail.com or 819-698-1823).
Please note that part of your meal will be covered by the sub-group (within applicable limits).
A report will be given on the various topics of current interest over the past year. Come and
discuss them with us!
NOTICE OF ELECTION
In accordance with the Sub-Group By-Laws, please note that the position of PRESIDENT (held
by Andréanne Roux) is up for election. The position will be filled by election at the 2023 Annual
General Meeting to be held on Thursday, November 30, 2023.
Nominations may be made either in writing until the 2023 AGM, or orally at the AGM. All
nominations must be proposed by a member in regular standing and seconded by another
member in regular standing. All written nominations must be sent to the election chairman,
Benoit Pagé, at page_benoit@hotmail.com. Any member whose nomination has been
submitted in writing and who expects to be absent from the sub-group's 2023 AGM must notify
the election chairman in writing.
