NOTICE OF MEETING
We invite you to the AFS Trois-Rivières Sub-Group Annual General Meeting which will
take place on Thursday, December 1 at 5pm at the Le Castel restaurant.

Please note that your meal will be paid for by the Sub-Group (within the applicable
limits).
A regional representative will report on various regional news from the past year. Come

NOTICE OF ELECTION
As per Sub-Group By-Laws, please note that the position of VICE-PRESIDENT
(position held by Caroline Lacombe) will be up for election. The position of
SECRETARY-TREASURER (held by Benoit Pagé) will also be up for election. These
positions will be up for election at the 2022 Annual General Meeting to be held on
Thursday, December 1, 2022.
Nominations may be submitted in writing until the 2022 AGM, or on the floor at the AGM.
Nominations have to be submitted by a member in good standing and seconded by
another member in good standing. All written nominations should be sent to the Election
Chair, Andréanne Roux. A member whose nomination has been submitted in writing
who doesn’t expect to attend the Sub-Group 2022 AGM shall notify the Election
Chairperson in writing.
