ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Your Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at.
5:30 p.m. (see contact details above). Please confirm your attendance by email to: VFSSherbrooke@hotmail.com
A hot meal from Benny & Co will be served. Please choose from one of the following 5 options:
- Chicken breast meal with fries and coleslaw
- Chicken thigh meal with fries and coleslaw
- Chicken tenders (choice of 3, 4, or 6 tenders) with fries and coleslaw
- Caesar wrap or Benny & Co. wrap (vegetarian option available)
- Caesar salad or Benny & Co. garden salad (choice of breast, tender, or vegetarian)
If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions (such as gluten-free or others), please let me know when you confirm by email no later than April 20, 2026. Beverages will be served on site. The AGM will be held jointly with the Sherbrooke Chapter.
