3. Observed of Moment of Silence for Deceased Members
4. No Issues arising from Previous AGM
5. Approval of Previous AGM Minutes: Proposed by Manjit Singh, 2^nd Simon-Pierre
6. Presidents Report presented. Observation of last year, return to office discussed, welcome aboard, Boycotting UMA course and ITB BBQ events and , etc…
7. AFS National NCR IT Region Representative Report Presented
8. Financial Report and Budget (2023 financials, with the 2024 budget) presented and approved:  Proposed by Neb McRadd, 2^nd Manjit Singh
9. Elections (President, Vice President, Secretory, Treasurer and vacant Members at large) - Nominations taken from the floor. Elections committee run by Allaudin Alibhai, after a nomination process all positions were acclaimed:
   1. President: Charles Halpenny,
   2. Vice President: Paul Martel,
   3.  Treasurer: Carl Wills,
   4.  Secretary: Tom Shao,
   5. Members-at-Large: Chris Siu, Simon-Pierre, Jiena Dong, Yiling Ni, and Alvina Ziroubina
