Montreal AFS Sub-Group
Call for nominations
In accordance with the Montreal AFS Sub-Group By-Laws, be advised that the Executive positions for the Montreal AFS Sub-Group (Vice-president, treasurer and three [3] Members-at-Large positions) are to be filled by election at the Sub-Group’s 2020 AGM, scheduled for Tuesday, March 31st, 2020.
In order to expedite proceedings on the night of the AGM, nominations must be submitted in writing (a simple email) before 5 p.m. on Friday March 24th, 2020. All nominations must be made by a union steward in good standing and supported by another member in good standing. Written nominations must be sent to the Chair of the Montreal AFS Sub-Group’s Election Committee, Alexandre Thomas at 200 René-Lévesque Ouest (Alexandre.thomas@cra-arc.gc.ca) 514 840-8834. Members whose nominations have been submitted in writing and who expect to be absent from the 2020 AGM must advise the Election Committee in writing of their interest in the position for which they were nominated.
Members already part of the executive who are up for election this year will seek a new mandate for said position.

In accordance with the 200 René-Lévesque West AFS Sub-Group By-Laws, be advised that the Executive positions for the 200 René-Lévesque West AFS Sub-Group (Vice-President and Treasurer) are to be filled by election at the 200 René-Lévesque West AFS Sub-Group 2020 AGM, scheduled for Tuesday, March 31st, 2020.
