1. Gerlando Renna called the meeting to order and made some opening remarks.
2. René Boudreau moved that the minutes of the November 8, 2018 meeting be approved. Seconded by Alexandre Thomas. The minutes were unanimously approved.
3. Finances
- The 2019 annual allocation will be issued in March 2019
- An advance of $XX will be requested for the general meeting
- The 2018 financial statements are available
- The 2018 bank account statements are available
- The updated membership list has been submitted
4. Preparations for the first Annual General Meeting
- Date: February 27, 2019
- Location: Centre de créativité Le Gesù
- Address: 1200 Bleury Street, Montréal
- Appetizers (6 appetizers per person) will be served
- Each person will be offered a free drink
- Election Chair: Ronald Pétion
- All members are invited
5. The AGM invitation for PIPSC will be sent no later than February 1, 2019
6. PIPSC guests will be Debbie Daviau, Yvon Brodeur and Frédéric Durso
