CALL FOR NOMINATIONS FOR POSITIONS ON THE KITCHENER AFS SUB-GROUP EXECUTIVE
The term of the current Kitchener AFS Sub-Group Executive will expire at the next Annual General Meeting scheduled for Wednesday May 11th, 2022.
Thus, nominations are invited for the following positions:
President
Vice-President
Secretary
Treasurer
Member at Large (maximum 7)
The term of office for these positions is for two years effective May 11, 2022. The duties of the Kitchener AFS Sub-Group Executive are described in the constitution of the Sub-Group (copies are available from the Institute’s National Office).
All members in good standing of the Kitchener AFS Sub-Group are eligible to be candidates except for exclusions and members of the Elections Committee.
The deadline for receipt of nomination forms (see enclosed) is 4:00 p.m. Monday April 25, 2022. Nomination forms are to be emailed to a member of the Elections Committee.
Candidates are invited to submit a brief resume of their experience and objectives (maximum 150 words) with their nominations.
