Public Service Employee Survey Results (PSES 2018)

We received final word on the validation issue regarding the 2018 PSES. Unfortunately, the CRA organizational unit level results will not be available for PSES 2018. This decision comes after a careful review of the situation by legal counsel from the Centre for Information and Privacy Law at Justice Canada, as well as legal counsel from both CRA and TBS-OCHRO. They have recommended that no recoding of the erroneous employee responses should be done this year.

CRA is working closely with Treasury Board to put new measures in place to ensure the CRA receives meaningful results at the organizational unit level for PSES 2019 and beyond. The AFS Executive is disappointed with the survey results and recommends CRA not to contract out the survey process.
