Yijin Wen

I joined PSPC in May 2017, after long architectural practice career in BC both in private and public sectors. I had a long public sector experience with Fraser Health Authority doing mostly health-care facilities. But I had a relative very positive working experience with health authorities I think because the labor relationship there is more positive and employees get a lot of respect from employer, you can see the result as authorities’ overall performance. I had a relatively negative working experience here at PSPC, managers do not respect employees that well, not sure why and would like to work on this try to improve this.
