Sara Pyke – Acclaimed Secretary | BCFHNA Group Executive 2026 Election

Sara Pyke is running for the position of Secretary. She is keen to serve our members in this role. Sara is
organized, dependable, and cares about getting the details right. Sara has worked with FNHA for over 7
years. She has over 2 years’ experience as both a PIPSC Steward and as a Member at Large on the
BCFNHA Group Executive. In these roles, Sara has supported members with interpreting our Collective
Agreement and navigating the grievance process. Sara has also led development of group guidelines for
the implementation of our Facebook group. Sara has successfully applied for funds and hosted fun
member engagement sessions. Sara has also attended numerous union events and completed additional
steward training. Sara looks forward to continuing to support our members and the Executive team in the
role of secretary.
