Nominations for the VP position

• Frédéric Dupont nominated Hélène Leboeuf. No other candidates stepped forward. Hélène accepted the nomination. Hélène was elected by acclamation.

Nominations for the Secretary position

• Guillaume Marcotte submitted his name by proxy.
• Jacques nominated Samuel Gilbert. There were no other nominations. Samuel declined the nomination by Jacques. Guillaume was elected by acclamation.

Nominations for the Member-at-Large positions

• Pascal Dehasse nominated Agnieszka (Agnes) Barszcz
• Daniel Figueras nominated Pierre Richard.
• Samuel Gilbert stepped forward as a candidate.
• Najat Benbouta nominated Christian Saad.
• Najat Benbouta nominated Jacques Montpetit.
• Robert Ménard nominated Frédéric Dupont.
• Pierre G. Richard, Christian Saad and Frédéric Dupont declined their respective nomination.
• Three nominees remained: Agnieszka Barszcz, Samuel Gilbert and Jacques Montpetit were all elected by acclamation.
