ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Your 11th Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday, April 20th 2023 beginning at 5:30 PM.
As the number of places available for the dinner is limited, we urge you to register for the supper by completing the AGM 2023 Registration form before April 13, 2023.
A confirmation email will be sent to you at the latest by April 13th, 2023. The meal and consumption will be offered by the Montérégie Branch.
You will find at the Institute’s site (Quebec Region Branches/Monteregie):
- The Branch AGM minutes of Dec.12th, 2019 will be submitted for your approval at this year’s AGM
- Call for nominations for positions on the Executive

Call for Nominations
Pursuant to articles 4 and 7 of the Montérégie Branch By-Laws, be advised that Branch Executive positions (Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary and three (3) Members-at-Large) will be filled through an election at the 2023 Annual General Meeting to be held on April 20th, 2023.
In order to expedite proceedings during the AGM, nominations must be submitted in writing by 5 p.m. on April 13th, 2023. Each nomination must be made by a member in good standing and seconded by another member in good standing. Written nominations must be sent to the Chair of the Election Committee, Mario Lamarre (Mario.Lamarre@cra-arc.gc.ca). Members whose nominations have been submitted in writing and who cannot make it to the 2023 AGM must advise the Election Committee in writing of their interest in the position for which they were nominated.

In accordance with the Branch’s Constitution and By-Laws, all following positions are to be filled by election:

Members-at-large (3 positions) 1 year
Members-at-large (4 positions) 2 years
The nomination deadline is April 13th, 2023. Individuals interested in any of the above positions are to complete the attached form and email it to the Election Chair Mario Lamarrre (mario.lamarre@cra-arc.gc.ca).
If an election is necessary, a vote will be held during the AGM.
