ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Your 8th Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday, November 8th 2017 beginning at 5:30 PM at the location indicated above.
As the number of places available for the dinner is limited to 150, we urge you to confirm your presence for the supper by registering online before October 20th, 2017.
A confirmation email will guarantee your place at the AGM and will be sent at the latest on October 30th, 2017. The meal and consumption will be offered by the Montérégie Branch.
You will find the draft minutes of the October 27th, 2016 AGM at the Institute’s site. The minutes will be submitted for your approval at this year’s AGM.

Call for Nominations
Pursuant to articles 4 and 7 of the Montérégie Branch By-Laws, be advised that Branch Executive positions (Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary and three (3) Members-at-Large) will be filled through an election at the 2017 Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday, November 8th, 2017.
Pursuant to article 7.2.2 of the Montérégie By-Laws:
7.2.2 Nominations may be submitted in writing or may be made from the floor of the Branch AGM.
Each nomination must be made by a member in good standing and seconded by another member in good standing. Written nominations must be sent by email to Mario Lamarre, Election Chair, to the following address: Mario.Lamarre@cra-arc.gc.ca
