Invitation to the 2025 Lethbridge Branch AGM
The Lethbridge Branch invites its members only to attend its Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Date: Thursday, April 17, 2025
Location: Garden Court Restaurant, Lethbridge College
Address: 3000 College Drive South
Drinks: 5:30 to 6:00 pm
Dinner and Meeting: 6:00pm
If you wish to attend, please register by emailing Nancy McCune nmccune@shaw.ca. The registration deadline is April 10, 2025 at noon. If you have any dietary restrictions please state that in your registration.
The meeting will include the following items:
- Approval of the Agenda
- Adoption of the Minutes of the previous Annual General meeting
- Business Arising from the Minutes
- Report of the President
- Annual Financial Report
- Approval of Budget
- New Business, including By-Law Amendments
- Election of Executive. President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and Members at Large. All positions are for a 2 year term. Nominations will be taken from the floor of the AGM. If you would like to nominate yourself or someone else in advance, please send an email to nmccune@shaw.ca.
