CALL FOR NOMINATIONS FOR POSITIONS ON THE GUELPH/KITCHENER BRANCH EXECUTIVE

The term of the current Guelph/Kitchener Branch Executive will expire at the next Annual General Meeting scheduled for Wednesday May 3, 2023.

Thus, nominations are invited for the following positions:

President

Vice-President

Secretary

Treasurer

Member at Large (maximum 7)

The term of office for these positions is for two years effective May 3, 2023.  The duties of the Guelph/Kitchener Branch Executive are described in the constitution of the Branch (copies are available from the Institute’s National Office).

All members in good standing of the Guelph/Kitchener Branch are eligible to be candidates except for exclusions and members of the Elections Committee.

The deadline for receipt of nomination forms is 4:00 pm. Monday April 17, 2023. Once the Elections Committee has reviewed the nominations, a list will be provided to the membership of candidates running for office.

Candidates are invited to submit a brief resume of their experience and objectives (maximum 150 words) with their nominations.
