LOCATION: The RA Conference Centre, 2451 Riverside Dr, Ottawa, ON K1H 7X7
In accordance with By-Law 7 of our Constitution and By-Laws, we are requesting nominations from all OSB members for the OSB Executive positions hereunder. The candidates will be elected for a term of two years to commence January 1, 2020. Nominations may be submitted to ottawasb@pipsc.ca or may be made from the floor of the Branch Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Nomination Form is attached to this newsletter.

Member at Large – 2 year term (2 positions)
All members of the Ottawa South Branch (OSB) of the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada (PIPSC) are cordially invited to attend and participate in the 2019 OSB Annual General Meeting (AGM), elections and dinner. Note that registration is limited to the first 100 members to register.
You must pre-register to guarantee a seat and a buffet meal and please provide the following information by Thursday Sept 26, 2019:

Candidates may submit a brief résumé of their experience and objectives (maximum 200 words) with their nomination form. Please note that it is the responsibility of candidates to review their résumés before they are submitted. The résumés will not be proofread and corrections will NOT be made. They will be inserted into the AGM package as submitted by the candidates.
Nominations and résumés must be submitted to ottawasb@pipsc.ca before 4:00 p.m. on Friday Sept 20, 2019.
The Elections Committee is authorized to verify any statements of fact made by candidates in their résumés prior to publication. Voting will take place at the AGM Thursday Oct 3 and successful candidates will take office as of January 1, 2020.
