All PIPSC NRCan (NCR) Branch members are cordially invited to attend the NRCan Branch Annual General Meeting. This year’s AGM is hosted virtually via Zoom to facilitate participation.

AGM meeting 12:00 p.m. - 13:00 p.m.

The Annual General Meeting is intended to be your opportunity to:
- meet other PIPSC NRCan members and stewards
- elect members of the branch executive
- ask questions and share ideas on what our local NRCan branch should be to better serve the needs and interests of its members
In order to attend, you must register before April 2, via the email invitation sent to the Branch members.

- Approval of last last year’s AGM Minutes
- 2025 Annual Report and Objectives for 2026
- Approval of Treasurer’s Report on 2025 Financial Statement and Budget 2026 and 2027

- Elections for Branch Executive
- Report of the Elections Chair

Nominations for positions on the Branch executive may be made at the AGM or submitted in writing in advance by emailing mschoeni@pipsc.ca. Please indicate in a few words why you would like to become a member of the NRCan (NCR) Branch executive. It is expected that candidates will attend the AGM and introduce themselves. We hope to have a diverse membership.
Any proposed changes to the by-laws https://www.pipsc.ca/regions/ncr/branches/nrcan-ncr/bylaws should also be submitted by email to the Branch no later than March 8, 2026.
