My skills and experience are key assets to effectively support you and tackle the many complex challenges you are facing, such as your safety and rights in the current pandemic framework. 

Committed, available, organized, thorough and attentive, I am dedicated to defending all members’ interests with integrity. 

My achievements as a regional representative 

I am very proud of the significant gains made at the bargaining table for the last two collective agreements to which I contributed. We have achieved : 

  • one of the best wage increases in the entire public service in the first bargaining round; 
  • an even higher wage increase in the last round.

My union goals for the next mandate

  1. To negotiate a third collective agreement, protect the gains we have made and improve our working conditions
  2. To stand up for your interests and to negotiate working conditions effectively during this difficult time of pandemic
  3. To improve staffing processes
  4. To defend members in a spirit of compassion and togetherness

Union Experience:

  • AFS Regional Representative for the Quebec Region since July 2013. 
  • Bargaining team member for the last two collective agreements.
  • President of the AFS Montérégie-Rive-Sud Sub-Group from February 2007 to April 2013.
  • Vice-President of the Montérégie Branch from June 2010 to April 2013.
  • Member of the Quebec Regional Executive from May 2009 to May 2018.

CRA Experience:

  • I worked in the Outaouais, Montréal and Montérégie Tax Services Offices.
