To whom it may concern,
Nomination, please find enclosed my career path at Health Canada.
I started as a Nurse with Health Canada in a 2017 in a prison setting, at Port Cartier Prison, with a term position that was renewed until August 2019.
In August 2019, following a request for transfer, I took up a community-based position for Native Services, as a new challenge and a way to diversify in my experience.
I am very involved in my team, and I am proactive with respect to the projects and the needs of the community and my colleagues. I believe in the value each member brings to the team and in the importance of leveraging each person’s strengths.
I believe that the quality of our work environment is paramount, and that it can alleviate all the difficulties and stress related to our sometimes difficult tasks.
The strength of a work team relies on clear rules and limits, which take into account employee expectations versus employer needs.
I am NU-CHN-03 Nurse at Native Services, member of the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ)
