CFIA S&A Group Election 2019 - Zeljko Ruzicic

Dear colleagues,

I have been Ontario representative or a member at large with the S & A Executive Group, for more than 10 years. I have been very committed to have management to respect our members, to make our issues visible within the Ontario Region and at the National level as well. I was persistent in requests that management respects terms of our Collective Agreement.  I participated in Union-Management consultations at the Area and at the Regional level, tabling and arguing concerns of our  members.  I have also been an active member of the National Occupational Safety and Health policy committee (NOSH), where I represented interests of Ontario S&A members as well as interests of other S&A members in Canada. In collaboration with other stewards in Ontario, I participated in coordination of grievance proceedings for SR role descriptor and SR classification. 

Within the past period I was working diligently to achieve our mutual goal, for our members to receive deserved recognition for the important work that we do.  Now I am seeking your support to continue to represent you as the Ontario representative with the S&A Executive Group.
